Load the public contact page
Confirm that the exact page is reachable in a real browser and did not redirect somewhere unexpected.

Find the expected form
Check that Contact Form 7 and the supported required fields are still present before typing anything.

Submit one synthetic message
Use a unique run ID and test-only values. Press Send exactly once, even when the result is unclear.

Match the test email
Look for the same run ID in the monitoring inbox. Record the first failed stage instead of calling everything an email problem.

The form may show success even when the notification message cannot complete the configured mail path.
A moved or replaced form
The contact page can remain available after the expected form or required field has disappeared.
CAPTCHA or anti-spam changes
A safe automated test may become blocked. That should be reported as blocked, not silently bypassed or mislabeled as broken.
