What a green check really means.
Every status describes evidence the system observed. It does not make a broader promise than the evidence supports.
Page loaded
The configured public page returned successfully in the test browser.
Form found
The expected supported form and required controls were visible.
Submission accepted
One synthetic test was submitted and the configured success response appeared.
Test email received
The uniquely identified synthetic message arrived in the monitoring service’s test inbox through the website’s WordPress and SMTP path.
What it does not prove
It does not prove that a message reached the business owner’s real inbox, avoided spam, triggered every CRM integration or captured every visitor attempt.
Blocked is not broken
If CAPTCHA or an unsupported form prevents a safe test, the monitor reports blocked. It does not label the form as failed.
